Plate from an unknown scientific treatise, showing the relationships between the Sun, Earth, and Moon, including the lunar phases, and a rather primitive depiction of the Moon’s surface. Probably early 18th-century. On thin, laid paper, attached to a mat at the upper corners with mounting tape.
