Gina Damerell Drawing (Penguins)

Gina Damerell (b. 1969) is an artist working at Creative Growth in Oakland, California (see below). Her paintings and drawings commonly feature plants, birds, and angels, rendered in bold color and outlined in thick black lines — reminiscent of the fin-de-siècle “poster style.” Gina is a ceramicist and printmaker as well. Her work has been exhibited at the Outsider Art Fair in New York (2019).
